1. Service description

GoldSniper provides XAU/USD trading signal alerts for informational and educational purposes. Nothing published by GoldSniper constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

2. Risk disclosure

Trading foreign exchange, commodities, and other financial instruments involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance — including our published win rate and pip figures — is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

3. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period selected (monthly, quarterly, or annually). All prices are in USD. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Free trial

The 7-day free trial requires no payment method. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe or your access will simply expire — we will not automatically charge you.

5. Refund policy

Annual plan subscribers may request a full refund within 60 days of purchase. Monthly and quarterly subscribers may request a pro-rated refund within 14 days of any billing date. Refund requests must be sent to refunds@goldsignals.app.

6. Limitation of liability

GoldSniper's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for any trading losses you incur.
